I’ve noticed a couple of referrals with a 11-15-04 DTC date (log in date).

Among those posted on the internet, the referral with the latest DTC date that I have seen is 11/10/2005.

This morning, people are posting on internet bulletin boards that they have received their Chinese adoption referrals (notice from the Chinese government via their adoption agencies of matches with babies) today.
