One adoption agency verifies that they received Chinese adoption referrals on June 24 for dossiers logged in at China from November 23 – December 13, 2004.
People are reporting on the Internet that they are receiving their Chinese adoption referrals today. Appears to be for dossiers with log in dates (LID) of the last half of November and part of December 2004.

Susan and I got fingerprinted at the USCIS office today (at our 11:30 and 11:15 appointments, respectively).
In the mail today, Susan and I received letters from the USCIS requesting us to come to their office tomorrow to be fingerprinted for FBI checks in support of our I600A.
Yesterday, our adoption agency sent our homestudy report to the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, formerly the INS) – Sacramento office.
