Hip Hop Clinic

This Sunday afternoon (July 29), Emily will be participating in a hip hop dance clinic at Arco Arena. Then later in the evening at Arco Arena, clinic participants will perform one dance routine during the half time show at the Sacramento Monarchs (WNBA – women’s basketball) game. The clinic is open to any girls and boys ages 6-14 interested in participating so some participants will have some dance experience and others may have none.

The clinic will be taught by the coaches of the Hip Hop Crew (the official dance team of the Sacramento Monarchs). They also teach the hip hop dance classes that Emily has been attending for the last few years.

Although Emily is not quite 6 years old, she got a waiver because her regular hip hop dance teacher will also be teaching Sunday’s clinic.
