Today was Chinese New Year’s Day. We celebrated by having dinner at a Chinese restaurant in Elk Grove with two families we traveled with to China when we adopted Megan. It’s only been three months since we came home from China but all the kids looked like they grew quite a bit.
Today was Megan’s 1st birthday. But we held her birthday party yesterday. It was a simple lunch and cake/ice cream at the Kawada house. Today, we went to Pier 39, a shopping area along Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. At Pier 39, Emily insisted on going on the bungee trampoline. Here is a video of what happened.
