With the slow down in Chinese adoption dossier (application) processing, I think the soonest we can expect a referral (notification of a match with a baby) is March. More probably in April. Possibly as late as June. And then we would travel 4-8 weeks after the receipt of the referral. I’m still hoping we can travel in spring while the weather is still comfortable. Otherwise, I hear that summers in China are very hot and humid.
