On the internet bulletin boards, people are announcing that they received their Chinese adoption referrals today. It appears they are for dossiers (adoption applications) logged in as received by China on or before April 25, 2005.

With the slow down in Chinese adoption dossier (application) processing, I think the soonest we can expect a referral (notification of a match with a baby) is March. More probably in April. One adoption agency is reporting that yesterday they received Chinese adoption referrals for dossiers logged in as received by the Chinese up through mid April 2005.
Internet bulletin boards are reporting that people are receiving their Chinese adoption referrals today. According to a Chinese government website, applicants who’s dossiers were registered as received in their office before April 14 will be receiving their referrals in the next few days.
