One adoption agency verifies that today they received Chinese adoption referrals for applicants for all DTCs in June 2004.
Internet bulletin boards are reporting receipts of Chinese adoption referrals today. They appear to be for applicants with June 2004 DTC dates. It’s unclear at this point if all June DTCs are currently in the process of receiving referrals (over today and into next week). Congratulations!
